September is the day; after more than a year of preparations, the doors of the Leather fashion academy will open. With this, there is finally a solid education in the Netherlands for anyone who wants to specialize in the application of leather in fashion.
Founder and teacher Hanneke Kramers:
‘It feels extremely exciting because it is my biggest dream that is now going to come true: all the professional knowledge and unique artisanal know-how that I have amassed over 35 years, I can now pass on to a new creative generation. We target professionals working in fashion as well as students training in that field. I want to establish a high-quality education.
