After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email. You can print this and sign it. Then send this signed form by mail or scanned by email to info@leatherfashionacademy.nl. By submitting this form you indicate your agreement with our Terms and Conditions. Then you will receive an invoice for your registration which you can pay via bank transfer. A payment obligation arises after two weeks of reflection time and three weeks before the start of training. Upon receipt of your payment, your placement in the program is guaranteed and you are enrolled. Should too few registrations prevent the training from taking place, the fee will be refunded immediately.
